Our second Christmas already without you. It has been bittersweet; we three have missed your infectious excitement and enthusiasm in the build up to the big day.... how much you loved Christmas eve and getting ready for Santa with a mince pie and glass of sherry, but most importantly a carrot for Rudolph. Santa misses your letters too; he loved your thoughtfulness! We feel so privileged to have had so many wonderful Christmases with you Laoise, and with the joy and happiness you brought to us. We miss you but you are with us in our memories and hearts.
